Shipping & Delivery Policy
Once an order has been shipped and marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders due to:
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier
- Theft after delivery
If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Filing a carrier claim
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
